TT’s software can be used for: 

1. MTM Production: On-demand custom production, tailored to the customer’s individual measurements.
2. MTO Production: On-demand custom production, in standard sizes.
3. JIT Production: Just-in-time batch production. Based on demand forecasting, or fabric inventory, manufacturers produce in short lead times.

1. Made-To-Measure Production

MTM refers to on-demand custom production, tailored to the customer’s individual sizes. Tech Tailor’s software can generate MTM patterns in real time, based on the customer’s measurements. MTM production takes place in factories that are optimised for on-demand production.

2. Made-To-Order Production

MTO refers to on-demand custom production, in standard sizes. Customers can choose their customizations, but still order standard sizes. Tech Tailor’s software can generate MTO patterns in real time, based on the customer’s chosen customizations. MTO production takes place in factories that are optimised for on-demand production.

3. Just-In-Time Production

JIT refers to just-in-time batch production. Based on demand forecasting, or fabric inventory, manufacturers produce in short lead times. Tech Tailor’s software can adjust existing patterns to account for individual batch stretch or shrinkage in real time. It can also easily expand or adjust the size range to a new demographic and generate a new batch of patterns accordingly. JIT production takes place in traditional bulk factories.
